So glad that we found Kevin Whitehurst when we purchased an older mobile home in San Marcos. We had agreed to handle the issues on the property inspection in order to have a quick escrow. Kevin really knows mobile issues. We decided to do a new roof rather a seal and he and his crew did a fabulous job. They were neat, showed up on time and the new roof is great! He also re-leveled the unit. He went through a list of minor items and fixed several no charge. He made great recommendation on where to replace the storage shed which  was deteriorating.
